We have specialised for over 30 years each in advising on, and managing, all aspects of business rates throughout the UK, acting for local, regional, and national clients.

Through our expert management, we help clients save significant sums each year on their occupied and vacant owned portfolios.

While our core experience is advising on office, retail and industrial properties, we also have specialist expertise in other asset classes, particularly within the leisure, health and fitness, education and telecommunications sectors.

Undertaking the Check Challenge & Appeal processes with national bodies

Fees

We generally seek to act on behalf of clients on an incentivised basis.

This means if we do not secure liability savings and or refunds then we do not charge a fee.

We are Chartered Surveyors, and in order to act in accordance with the relevant RICS Practice Statements we have to depart from a contingency approach when conducting cases before Tribunals and or Courts.

If this course of action is required we would fully discuss this with you prior to any further work being undertaken.
